The production line was officially put into production and operation at Qingdao People Printing Co., Ltd. on March 10th. In the new production line design, Huilong adopted a more advanced 6 extruder technology, a central computer temperature control system, high-speed aluminum box automatic pick-up technology and the most advanced dynamic plastic extrusion technology, making the production line more imported than similar products. The equipment is more adaptable to the production requirements of liquid aseptic packaging materials, the cost of product materials is lower, the power consumption is reduced by 1/3, and the production and operation costs are far lower than the imported equipment.
