When the packet passes, the trigger gives a signal, and the image acquisition unit takes an appearance image of the packet, and the image processing unit recognizes the features and various forms in the image, and makes a judgment as to whether there is a defect. When a defect is found, the action of the rejection mechanism is controlled to remove the defective package. At present, the detection time of each pack of domestic equipment can be less than 20 milliseconds, which can detect all the seal oil seal defects, which brings great convenience to cigarette manufacturers.
