When the humidity is low, the drying time will be shortened accordingly. When the humidity is> 70%, the drying time should be extended accordingly. If necessary, apply infrared light to dry with fan to dry.
4. Special attention should be paid to the cold weather, because the moisture in the air condenses on the surface of the frame, although the humidity is not high at this time, it should be dried or used in the sun after drying.
5. In rainy days or springs, because the air is relatively humid, in addition to the normal handling of the frame, special attention should be paid to the drying of the frame before applying the glue. When stretching the glue, a dehumidifying device should be prepared or the infrared lamp should be used in conjunction with the fan to dry.
6. The temperature of the oven is preferably 40 ~ 45 ° C. If it exceeds 50 ° C, the viscose adhesive will start to soften and it is easy to drop the net. It should be noted that many peers like to use cheap all-purpose adhesives as viscose adhesives, please use them with caution. Compared with viscose adhesives, universal adhesive stretch nets have the following disadvantages: ①The surface viscosity is large and it is not easy to penetrate the net; ②The drying time is long and the work efficiency is low; ③The film is soft, the initial viscosity and the final stretch net strength are not high; ④Coated Poor brushing, easy to draw; ⑤ poor adhesion to the frame; ⑥ easy to off the net in rainy and wet days. These are taboos of viscose, so it is better not to promote their use.
7. After sticking the net with universal adhesive, it is not easy to tear the old net and stretch the net. The remaining universal adhesive on the frame is uneven, which affects the next stretch of the net.
