How to avoid bloating without printing paper after printing

I believe that many printing colleagues will encounter such problems: the paper does not immediately perform post-press processing (peritoneal, die-cutting, paste-box) but the paper swells, and then the die-cutting process will die-cut the text above, resulting in high Loss. The author briefly summarized a few ways to avoid this problem and shared it with colleagues.

1. Reasonable overall arrangement of technological processes, reasonable and timely scheduling, and try not to make the backlog of printed products for a long time;
2. Try to keep the temperature and humidity of the workshop within a reasonable range; (temperature around 25, humidity around 50 for reference)
3. It is required to control the balance of water and ink during printing, and the amount of water supply should not be too large, so as to avoid the paper from absorbing a large amount of water during printing, causing the paper to rise and shrink;
4. The printed product can be sealed with stretchable film (plastic wrap) if possible, and then opened when the subsequent process is produced;
5. If there is a mounting process for packaging, the process requirements must also be in place. The proportion of water in the mounting glue water should not be too large, which has the greatest impact on the deformation of the paper;

Liquids and beverages are notoriously tricky to package. These products require packaging that can be successfully filled, stored, transported, displayed, purchased, used, and disposed of, all while retaining the product`s quality.

Spouted Stand Up Pouches for liquid meet all of these criteria. Spouted pouches` unique design allows for flexible filling, either directly through the spout or through a void in the film that is later sealed. These flexible pouches contain liquid products safely, and stand up easily on store shelves for more effective, efficient display. Best of all, when done properly, spouted stand up pouches are one of the lowest cost options for liquid and beverage packaging. Compare spouted pouches to glass and rigid plastic – when it comes to quality and price, there`s no contest.

Spouted stand up pouches are the best liquid packaging option for both you and your customer. In addition to being efficient and cost effective, they are easier to use and reduce hassle and waste. Traditional liquid and beverage packaging, especially for messy products like grease, can be both frustrating and wasteful. By providing a better packaging alternative, you`re proving that your business is thoughtful, innovative, and focused on the customer experience.
