SBO 4 CompactTM faithfully embodies the concept of SBO equipment. As with other SBO devices, the main control part uses a purely mechanical design to ensure the performance and reliability of the device. The forward transmission under the bottleneck represents a major innovation in linear devices. The use of a rotary SBO device transmission method reduces the number of interfaces and increases the reliability of the linear device, and eliminates the need to contact the preform and the bottle, thereby ensuring a higher packaging quality.

In addition, the device also has some of the features of the latest generation of excellent plastic series blowing machine. Thanks to the careful design of the heating and blowing modules, the blown bottles meet strict technical requirements even at high output rates. In addition, the device also reduces energy consumption as well as the superior plastic series, which can bring significant economic benefits to the user.

Based on the linear structure, the key functional components of the device are designed as independent, easy-to-unload modules for easy maintenance. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the blowing unit is located directly in front of the fuselage, so that the device has a high degree of flexibility. Like other superior plastic series devices, SBO 4 CompactTM also has a quick-change Universal ShellTM mold, and most custom parts can be used interchangeably.

In order to expedite the installation and production cycle, the equipment has been designed to be transported by container and installed in a forklift. Since all modules of the equipment are in a rigid frame and all components are factory preset, including guide rollers, its on-site assembly is simple and easy without any wiring.

SBO 4 CompactTM achieves the performance level of the Superior Plastics series, with a single mold productivity of up to 1600 bottles/h, and an overall machine utilization rate of about 95%. Due to the integration of Sidel's expertise in the development of the "best blowing process", it also satisfies the high quality standards of Sidel bottles, with a reject rate of less than 0.2%.
