Shanghai Jiaotong University invented wound treatment instrument trauma is no longer long-term cure

The long-term treatment of wounds is a difficult problem for surgeons, and it also brings great pain to trauma patients. According to one data, among hospitalized inpatients in China, about 1.5% of patients need to be hospitalized due to refractory chronic skin damage or ulcers, of which diabetes ulcers account for 36% and are up to 6 times more than a decade ago.

Nowadays, only one cell phone-sized device is needed, and one end is connected to a long-lasting traumatic wound to help the wound heal faster. The reporter learned from Shanghai Jiaotong University that the portable "wound treatment instrument" developed by Professor Cao Guangyi and Associate Professor Hu Mingruo of the Fuel Cell Research Institute has brought the gospel to the majority of patients in the clinic and is expected to write a new chapter in wound treatment.

The invention was derived from an accident in an experiment in which an engineer mishandled the fuel cell, causing traces of continuous bubbles from the battery. The "bubble" produced by this inadvertent "misoperation" caused Hu Mingruo's attention. Through testing and analysis, he determined that the trace amount of bubbles is high purity oxygen, and high purity oxygen can be used in many aspects, such as hyperbaric oxygen. The cabin can treat burns and the like. Thus, a small experimental accident became an innovative beginning. Hu Mingruo and Cao Guangyi proposed a new idea: to develop a portable micro-oxygen generator that allows wounded people to wear on their bodies and use them for 24 hours. Treatment, so that oxygen therapy technology can "do the best."

The research team told reporters that in fact, scientists have long proved that the healing of epidermal wounds requires a certain amount of oxygen, and pure oxygen with a concentration of more than 95% is most beneficial for wound healing. The reporter saw on the scene that through the development of the five generations, the portable therapeutic device that is now available to the market is only the size of the mobile phone. It can be carried around and can provide more than 95% pure oxygen to the wound at a flow rate of 3 ml per hour for 24 hours, forming a "local oxygen chamber" with the same wound area, while keeping the wound moist. Through clinical verification, it has a very good therapeutic effect on chronic wounds. Usually the hyperbaric oxygen chamber is bulky and has an oxygen content of only 21%, with limited efficacy, and the portable wound therapy device overcomes these weaknesses.

At present, the wound treatment instrument has developed five generations and four series of products, and obtained 12 patents, 3 of which have applied for international patents at the same time, and obtained the approval of Jiangsu Provincial Food and Drug Administration in late March 2014. The “market access permit” has been used in several hospitals in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Guangdong and Shanxi.

At present, “micro-oxygen medicine” is still a new concept, but the research team is full of confidence in the prospect of micro-oxygen wound therapy. “In addition to large-scale trauma for various reasons, wound therapy devices are expected to play a role in a wider range of fields.”

Polypropylene Horse Lead Rope is beatiful on design. These two colors are available so far. we can produce other colors if you or your customers need.

In gernal, the length is 2m, 2.5m, 3m. You can direct length on condition of your real sitiation. The hardware can be zinc alloy clip or brass plated clip. it's up to your local market. IF your local temperature is moist, i sugest you choose zinc alloy, which is oxidation resistance.
