Instructions for Use
- Before using the furnace, ensure that the power supply is properly installed and that the voltage matches the required specification.
- Turn on the power switch; when the green light comes on, turn the knob clockwise to the third gear position. The first, second, and third gears correspond to 33%, 67%, and 100% of the rated power, respectively. Adjust the gear based on your cooking needs to control temperature and time effectively.
- After a 30-minute warm-up period, the furnace is ready for normal use.
- Avoid touching the heating plate during operation to prevent burns.
- After use, turn the knob counterclockwise to the “no gear†position, then switch off the power.
- If any malfunction occurs, stop the device immediately and check for issues before resuming use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always disconnect the power before cleaning the unit.
- At the end of each day, wipe the surface and heating plate with a damp cloth and a mild degreasing solution. Avoid using strong acids or alkalis, as they may damage the stainless steel surface.
- Do not use water pipes or high-pressure washers to clean the exterior of the furnace. Water spray could potentially damage internal components and affect functionality.
- When cleaning, avoid using abrasive tools such as brushes or scrapers. Also, do not use chlorine-based cleaners (like bleach or hydrochloric acid), even when diluted. These can cause corrosion and damage the stainless steel surface.
- Do not use corrosive substances like potassium chloride to clean the floor beneath the equipment.
- If the equipment is not in use, always turn off the control and power switches.
- For long-term storage, thoroughly clean the furnace, apply a thin layer of gasoline on the surface, and store it in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive environment.
- Over 90% of the equipment is made from metal materials (stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and electroplated sheets). These can be recycled according to local regulations after proper treatment at designated facilities. Do not dispose of them randomly.
