1. The adhesive coating line on the large-area batch-opening plastic corrugation peak is white, and the small starch particles are shed off by hand. This is an indication that the adhesive is not fully gelatinized. The reason for this is that the temperature of the heat roller has not reached the specified requirements, and the gelatinization temperature of the adhesive has not been reached. If the adhesive coating line is found to be slightly glossy but not sticky, the reason for this is that the adhesion speed of the adhesive is not compatible with the vehicle speed and the adhesion problem of the adhesive. These conditions are likely to occur when the paper is tight and the permeability is not strong, and the surface adsorption capacity and penetration force of the adhesive are not strong. The solution is to improve the adhesive, increase its penetration, or spray on the adhesive surface of the paper, slow down the speed, and increase the paper preheating surface. Adhesive coating amount is too small will affect the adhesion, inspection can be coated with iodine adhesive coating line, according to the degree of blue to determine its coating, adjust the paste tray, increase the adhesive coating the amount.
Second, the occurrence of one or several longitudinal glues to open the main reason for this problem is that the gap of the corresponding guide board of the open glue line does not meet the requirements. The solution is to adjust the gap. When the gap between the paper guide plate and the lower corrugating roller is too large, the corrugated paper does not adhere to the corrugating roller, so that the corrugated paper and the face paper are compressed when the pressure roller is pressed. At the same time, the gap between the paper guide plate and the lower corrugating roller is too large. In order to apply the glue, the rubber coating roller must be moved forward, and the lower part of the paper guide plate can be easily pushed, resulting in a corner mark of the lower corner of the paper board leaving a mark on the corrugated surface. Bonding. When the clearance is too small, the amount of glue applied affects the adhesion of the paper to the corrugated medium.
Third, the paper wrinkled and collapsed web due to transport, loading and unloading, storage and other reasons, resulting in non-circular web. When the paper is conveyed to the single-sided machine, it is loose and tight, resulting in wrinkling and collapse of the tissue. The solution is to adjust the brakes appropriately. Another situation is that the moisture content of the paper is not uniform, resulting in inconsistent paper expansion and contraction, wrinkling and collapse of the paper, which can only be resolved by the carton company business personnel when purchasing.
The reason for the poor adhesion between the half web and the half web is that the gap between the pressure roller and the lower corrugating roller should be between 0.3 and 0.4 mm. Normally installed machines are less likely to have gaps at both ends, and there is a greater possibility of inconsistent pressure. Therefore, the pressure should be adjusted first.
5. The cause of the stumbling of the cockroach is due to the inaccurate position of the upper and lower corrugating rollers of the single-sided machine. The upper and lower corrugating rollers should be adjusted.
Sixth, the appearance of paper and the corresponding roll marks minor scratches is a normal phenomenon, when the pressure roller pressure is too large will make the paper affected by mechanical damage, there will be deeper marks, and even a slight break in the edge, severely punished Affects the quality of corrugated board and reduces the strength of the carton. The solution is to adjust the pressure roller pressure, pay attention to the combination of speed, paper thickness, paper quality and other factors.
VII. The reasons for edge opening are as follows: 1. The cardboard is high in ration and the bonding speed is too fast; 2. The moisture content of the carton base paper is too low; 3. The pressure roller adjustment is irrational; 4. The viscosity of the adhesive lumps is not sufficient; 5. The adhesive coating amount is too large, causing the paper edge peeling; 6. The paper guide adjustment at the edge is unreasonable.
8. The reason for breaking the crucible is mainly that the corrugating roll is not parallel and the clamping pressure is insufficient. The corrugating roll should be adjusted.
Nine, high and low reasons corrugated roller, pressure roller surface contamination, wear or not parallel; corrugated paperboard paper pressure is not uniform; corrugated roller temperature is not enough; corrugated roller pressure bearing wear; guide paperboard tray is not parallel.
Solution: For each of the above reasons, adjust the equipment accordingly and replace the parts.
