First turn the impression cylinder to the appropriate position, remove the two cone pins on the original broken pendulum rod and the broken pendulum rod (do not move the tooth shaft and other parts), if the new pin is replaced, the two pin holes can be aligned The original pin hole or the position of the original taper pin hole is almost the same, you can change the 6mm taper pin in the original pin position. After installation, adjust the imprint roller tooth shaft shaft brake screw, so that the swing rod rolls away from the roller shoulder Iron 12.5mm, readjust the gripper to operate. If the position of the replaced swing pin hole is far away from the original pin hole, the above method cannot be used. In this case, follow the steps below:
1. Choose two 5mm taper pins of appropriate length to fill the two taper pin holes on the original embossing cylinder arbor shaft, and use a thin set knife to repair the outer circle of the arbor shaft until it is smooth and free of burrs.
2. Put the new pendulum rod into the arbor shaft and position it, and drill two 5mm positioning pin holes with an electric drill.
3. Take off the swing rod, put back the swinging spring, then put on the two positioning cone pins and knock tightly.
4. Check if the gripping paper on the impression cylinder changes.
After the treatment, the cause of the fracture should be carefully analyzed and dealt with in time to avoid this accident from happening again.
