There are many considerations in the CTP output process. I will list them here.

1. The files to be output must be copied to the specified folder. This is mainly for the security of electronic files on the network; at the same time, the relevant files must not be placed and deleted at will. This is convenient for future revisions; after the files are entered, they should be recorded. It is convenient for future inquiries; the operator should have written registration of each input document, output plate, quantity, etc.; checked plates should be placed neatly to avoid confusion and scratches; each set should be marked with a name, Numbers, etc.

2. Before outputting the plate, check the working condition of the developer to see if there is enough developer and replenisher. The developer temperature and the developing speed are correct. If they do not meet the requirements, they must be adjusted according to the regulations.

3, the plate should be checked before the exposure of the layout for defects, such as the layout of the scratches, etc.;

4, the operator should avoid the dirty layout, while the plate should be lightly put;

5. After CTP finishes outputting, quality inspection should be carried out on the plate material, which can be measured with x-Rite to ensure that the density of the blank part should be less than 0.29; the remaining film rate of the plate material (the density after the development/the density before the development) should be greater than 90% ;

6. The printing factory which has strict requirements for the linearity of the printing plate, when measured by Ic-Plate after development, the percentage of correction dots at the 50% dot point fluctuates by more than ±3%, and cannot be restored to the original standard by adjusting the development time and temperature. , should replace the developer;

7, the quality requirements of the layout after development;

A, the layout can not be scratched; B, layout can not appear dirty spots; C, layout should be fully developed, looks very clean; D, layout overprint lines and corner lines are complete, if any, take timely remedial measures; E. Check if the mouthpiece is correct;

8, after the start of development machine use, should first flush at least more than 5 waste, so that the developing machine to achieve the best working condition, to ensure the quality of the development;

9, developer temperature control is very important, the temperature difference of ± 0.5 °C, the version of the show will change the Internet, should use the surface display temperature and digital thermometer measurement combined method, strict control, and do the development slot The four corners have the same temperature, and the error should not exceed ± 0.5 °C;

10. If the developer is not used for a long time, the developer can be poured back into the plastic barrel and stored. When it is used, it can be pumped into the developer tank and used again.

In addition to the above, during the use of CTP, CTP equipment must be regularly maintained, such as checking whether the filter element is clean, if it is a bit dirty, it must be replaced in a timely manner; regular cleaning of relevant components and so on.
