Chelsea Loft
This luxurious loft in Chelsea was designed for a bachelor who desired a stylish yet cozy home. The design team seamlessly blended contrasting elements in both the architecture and interior design to create a warm and inviting space that serves as both a tranquil retreat and a vibrant gathering spot for friends. The result is a perfect balance of luxury and comfort.
SoHo Penthouse
Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Nolita, this light-filled penthouse was designed to maintain its open floor plan while introducing a neutral color palette. The design incorporates a variety of textures such as leather, shearling, and cashmere to harmonize the old with the new. The result is a modern and inviting space where comfort meets style.
West Chelsea Residence
Situated in the iconic Jean Nouvel building in West Chelsea, this home was designed for eyewear designer Robert Marc and his partner. The two-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the nearby Frank Gehry-designed IAC building. The decor features a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage furnishings, creating a personalized and sophisticated living space.
Gramercy Park Residence
This Gramercy Park apartment underwent a complete renovation for long-time client and fashion designer Derek Lam and Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann. The design team focused on integrating nature into the living space, drawing inspiration from the park views. The living room, dining area, and library were paneled in French-limed oak to create a serene, woodland-like atmosphere.
