1. Improper adjustment of the paper feeding system: the paper stack is higher than the front paper stopper, and multiple sheets of paper enter the drum.

2. Bulk paper blowing nozzle has a small air volume. Several sheets of paper in front of the paper stack are completely blown away. Under the action of the paper feeding nozzle, multiple sheets of paper are fed into the drum through the paper feeding board.

3. Thickness of the ink in the printed matter caused the paper to stick, and the paper was not completely loosely opened before being fed into the drum.

4. The double sheet controller misadjusts or malfunctions. When multiple sheets of paper are fed in, if multiple sheets of paper cannot be effectively sent and the paper feed is interrupted, multiple sheets of paper will enter the drum.

5. Before the regulation of electrical tooth failure, when the paper machine is not properly adjusted, there will be paper skew so that the overlay overlaps on the blanket, when the overlap reaches a certain thickness, there will be "boring car" failure.

6. Parts of the paper feeding components fall off, or there are other sundries in the regular parts that enter the drum to cause the mechanical overload operation and “sudden car” malfunction. Under normal circumstances, the two-color machine causes a "stingy car" fault. This has the characteristic that when the number of paper entering the roller is large, the "stingy car" often occurs between the first group of blanket rollers and the impression cylinder, and if the number of sheets enters the roller Less, due to various reasons such as the mechanical speed inertia force, it is possible that one or two sets of blanket cylinders are under pressure at the same time.

To sum up, the occurrence of “stingy cars” is mainly due to the fact that the machinery is suddenly subjected to a large external force during the operation process. This overloads the machinery. If it is not handled and eliminated in time, it will cause different degrees of damage to the machinery. Therefore, after the "stingy car" occurs, the pressure should be removed as soon as possible, and the paper under static pressure is withdrawn from the drum. In order to reduce the deformation of the drum shaft and the loss of the blanket, due to the multiple sheets of paper entering the drum, the elastic blanket will generate larger convex bulges before and after the pressure area. This convex bulge increases the positive and negative rotation of the drum. Resistance makes it difficult to remove paper from the rollers. In this case, an effective method can be used to solve the problem based on the number of paper entering the drum and the location of the "stingy car":

1. Use a plate roller to manually turn the car. "Poor car" after the use of positive and negative inching machine method, can not be out of the pressure state of the paper, you can use the plate roller manual disc car, in order to use force to force the paper away from the roller.

2. Manually open the pressure from the pressure. 3. Increase the center distance of the roller to reduce the pressure. When the number of sheets is large and the above method cannot be solved, the center distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder may be increased by using a spanner to turn the blanket cylinder pressure regulator to change the angle of the outer eccentric sleeve, thereby achieving Reduce the pressure and make the paper withdraw from the roller.

4.
