Easy-to-remove performance: modern large-scale industrial production inevitably requires high efficiency, and most large-bag packaging is raw materials or primary processing products, so the packaging bag must also meet the requirements of easy disassembly and easy dumping.

The so-called heavy-duty plastic bag refers to a package of 25-50 kg of material, a single-layer bag of 0.2-0.5 mm thick PE, PP plastic film bag or aluminum-plastic, paper-plastic composite bag.

This kind of packaging has good sealing performance, especially composite bags, and the sealing process is relatively simple. As the film is thicker and has a certain degree of fastness, the aluminum-plastic composite bag also has a sealed shading effect, and the new packaging equipment is equipped with an exhaust device. The vented packaging bag withstands pressure and impact during stacking and transportation. Applicable to the sealing of flat and M-folded bags, but attention should be paid to avoiding white pollution caused by the recycling of bags; in recent years, there has been a way to make packaging bags with materials as materials, which eliminates the recycling of packaging bags and serves both purposes.

Fold suture automatic packaging and suture automatic packaging

This type of packaging uses plastic woven bags, which are first folded and then sutured; or wrapped in saddle-shaped crumpled paper tape in the pocket of kraft paper bags, and then sutured in two ways. The two methods of packaging have a certain degree of fastness, convenient bag removal, and low cost; suitable for coarser materials, the packaging requirements are not very high. Whether it is a compound bag of woven bags or kraft paper and knitwear, it is not easily degradable, and it has not been adopted in countries with strict environmental protection regulations.

Paper Bag sealing and sewing automatic packaging

The packaging is made of kraft paper bags or multi-layer kraft paper bags. First, the bags are sewn and then saddle-shaped hot-melt adhesive tapes are wrapped to seal the pinholes. This not only enhances the fastness of the seals, but also meets the sealing requirements. Leak-proof materials must also be lined with plastic bags. Or heat-seal the inner liner plastic bag, and then wrap the saddle-like crumpled paper tape to achieve the sealing effect. This kind of packing chooses the number of layers of kraft paper bags according to the bulk density of the materials, transportation, warehousing and other conditions, and has a corresponding type of packaging machine. This kind of packaging method has high impact strength and excellent sealing performance after exhaust sealing.

The equipment designed for this kind of packaging method is quite mature. Only the packaging process includes dust removal, sewing, thread trimming, trimming of the bag mouth, wrapping paper tape, heat sealing, paper cutting tape, lamination, cooling, and counting. PLC automatic control is completed. And design a sewing machine broken, broken tape, card chain, overload and other failure warning system, to avoid the high-speed production batch leaks, leakage package error, to ensure production safety. Paper Bag Fold Sealing Automatic Packaging

There are three different types of packaging, but they are bag-folded and then heat-sealed and have their own strengths. Currently, they are more prevalent in European and American countries. According to needs, such packaging can be lined with plastic inner bag, or can not be lined bags, are respectively introduced as follows:

Paper Bag Folding and Hot-Pressing Automatic Packaging: This kind of paper bag is made into a bag mouth similar to a Chinese Envelope, with a single or multi-layer bag tongue on one side, and a hot melt adhesive coating on the surface. The sealing process of the bag mouth is: opening the bag mouth Preheat the inner bag, pass through the outer heat-sealing person's backing bag, indentation, fold the mouth of the tongue, heat pressing, sealing, cooling and other processes; the temperature is adjustable, the speed is infinitely adjustable, and the whole process is automatically controlled.

This kind of packaging bag can also be designed with a one-way exhaust valve to discharge gas during the whole package to prevent the bag from bursting under pressure. This packaging method can meet the requirements of the above packaging functions, but the bag making process is more difficult and restricts the promotion and application.

The paper bag folding side sealing tape is automatically packaged; this kind of packaging method is flat on both sides of the bag mouth. According to the requirements of the packaging, the paper bag can be one layer or multiple layers, and the bag mouth can be folded once or twice. The packaging process is: dusting, heat-sealing the inner bag, rolling, trimming the inner bag, indentation (one or two lines), folding (once or twice), one side of the glued paper tape, paper cutting tape, hot pressing, cool down. Some of the mechanisms of the packaging equipment are more complex and increase the difficulty of manufacture.

Paper bag folding bag with automatic packaging: This method of packaging process is: first heat sealed inner bag, and then indentation, folded bag mouth, and then wrapped into a saddle-shaped hot melt adhesive tape, paper cutting tape, heating, pressing . This packaging method has the above-mentioned six functional requirements; it is particularly convenient to remove the bag. Simply tear the bottom of the bag and pour out the sealed inner bag.
