3. High-fidelity printing

Features: Compared with ordinary four-color, its color gamut has a wider reproduction range and can more realistically reflect natural colors.

Disadvantages: The requirements for equipment are very high, requiring six or more color printing machines and high printing accuracy; high printing costs, such as increased printing plates, increased ink costs, and increased color separation software.

Applicability: Applicable to high-simulation products, such as copying of calligraphy and painting, copying of isolated copies, etc .; applicable to commercial printing of advertisements, such as calendars and product packaging.

Binding / post-press aspects

1. Coordination of process and materials

The combination of hot stamping process and shell surface material: good hot stamping effect can be obtained on materials such as leather, leather filling, paper and pasted surface. If the surface is rough, the hot stamping is easy to fall off, and if the hot stamping font is too small, it is easy to paste the word, so pay attention to the choice of shell surface materials and the size of the hot stamping font when hot stamping.

4. Application of other process technologies

Other applications such as bumping, partial UV, glitter, glass beads, luminous ink, fragrance ink, wrinkle oil, matte effect and other post-press technology are not introduced one by one.
