The inertia of the rolling stock under emergency braking is simulated by the inertial wheel.

Wheel set test bench The test bench can perform various performance tests on a single wheel set, such as wheel-rail relationship research, wheel set static strength test, bearing running-in and braking performance test. The tested wheel pair is driven by two track wheels, and the track wheels are driven by a DC motor. The vertical load of the tested wheel pair can be applied by the servo hydraulic system or by the weight.

It can test and process the test speed, brake shoe pressure, braking power, various loads, bearing temperature and other data in real time, and display and print out all the required data in real time. The monitoring system consists of industrial monitors to monitor the working state of the test bench.

The physical wheel and axle fatigue test bench is used for the fatigue test of wheels and axles. The structure of the test bench can be designed with reference to the drawings, and can also be designed by other test methods.
