2. How to find out whether small bubbles exist?

Of course, if the print head is in poor condition or the printer's service life has expired, all aspects of the performance have deteriorated, which can also cause the above-mentioned undesirable phenomena.

In the entire process of printing, cleaning the print head is an important step and is the normal way to "activate" the machine.

3. Four principles for protecting your ink cartridges and printers:

A. The power cannot be turned off without powering on (unplug the power cord), otherwise the print head will not be able to be placed in the protective cover;

B. After the "InkOut" (InkOut) indicator is on (not blinking), and the printer stops printing, the ink cartridge should be replaced regularly when it is powered on;

C. Take out the ink cartridge and install it in time to prevent the print head from drying out in the air;

D. After the ink cartridge is placed, it can't be taken out and put in again, so as not to cause air to enter the print head.

4. Important note:

After the heating element receives the signal, it heats up quickly and instantaneously, causing the adjacent ink to vaporize and generate bubbles; the bubbles expand to the maximum and squeeze the ink out of the nozzle quickly; when the heating is stopped, the bubbles begin to shrink and the ink droplets separate; Replenish the nozzle and start the next cycle. There is a protective layer on the heating element to ensure that they do not have any contact with the ink, so it will not be easily corroded by the ink. If there is air in the nozzle and the normal flow of ink is obscured, the heating element cannot generate air bubbles stably, causing no printing or white lines. The magic weapon for dealing with white lines is to clean the print head in time. Do not continue printing after the white lines appear, so that the nozzle is burned out by heating under high temperature.
