Hose packaging to maintain product stability

CCL Plastic Packaging produced a hose package for Slatkin, a New York-based company, to promote the sale of its Body Therapy ultra-programmed personal care products. CCL produces different hoses for 18 different products of the Body Therapy brand.

This series of hoses is made of composite HDPE material with an EVOH material barrier layer to prevent the leakage of flavors and other components. At the same time, it also maintains the stability of the product. All 18 types of hoses were coated with a matte finish, screen printed on one or two colors, and hot stamped with a silver foil film. Each hose has a silver non-dispensable cover lined with an anti-counterfeit heat-seal hose liner. Slatkin president Harry Slatkin said: "Our requirements are very demanding, but CCL has proved that our choice is correct."
