In 2015, the Australian music network rebranded itself as iTrip Love, marking a significant shift in its branding and global strategy. Founded in Australia in 2010, the company expanded to China in 2013, establishing its regional headquarters. As an O2O (online-to-offline) travel platform, iTrip Love specializes in offering travel products for overseas destinations, focusing on solving accommodation and dining challenges while providing a wide range of fragmented travel services such as tickets, cruises, diving experiences, sightseeing flights, and hotel-plus-attraction packages.
The mobile app, launched at the end of the previous year, was designed to streamline the booking process, ensuring real-time confirmation of services and orders. It quickly gained popularity among travelers due to its user-friendly interface and efficient service.
Recently, iTrip Love officially changed its name from the Australian music network to "iTrip Love Free Network" to better align with its global expansion goals. The company has extended its overseas free travel services beyond Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Southeast Asia, now including Europe. This move marks a key step in expanding its global footprint and enhancing its product offerings.
In January of this year, iTrip Love secured a 10 million RMB A-round investment from Gobi Capital, one of China's leading venture capital firms. The funds were allocated to improve existing tourism destinations and explore new ones. Gobi Capital is known for its successful investments, including Tuniu Tourism Network, which was listed on Nasdaq last year. With this investment, iTrip Love is intensifying its efforts in the multi-destination free-travel market, particularly in Europe, where it plans to launch a new business line called the "European Line."
The newly launched European business line includes themed tours, classic round trips, and exclusive Louvre VIP tickets, all carefully curated to ensure quality and user satisfaction. Notably, some of these products have been personally recommended by iTrip Love’s employees, making them standout choices. Among the most anticipated offerings is the iTrip Love featured private group tour, which will debut in the form of unique theme-based experiences, such as a fairy-tale wedding tour inspired by Jay Chou or an immersive 007 character experience.
To celebrate its rebranding, iTrip Love launched a special promotional event, offering cycle bus products with driver-guides starting at just 62 Euros per day for European travel.
Currently, the platform offers a wide array of services, including overseas delegations, local games, hotels, self-drive rentals, airport transfers, European rail passes, shopping guides, visa assistance, insurance, phone cards, and portable Wi-Fi. This year, the number of online-booking products is expected to exceed 10,000, covering everything from tickets and cruises to bungee jumping and local dining experiences, along with packaged hotel-and-attraction deals across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Founded and led by He Jianyu, iTrip Love’s CEO, the company prides itself on direct partnerships with local attraction providers, bypassing middlemen to offer cost-effective and high-quality travel options. With over eight years of international travel experience, He has a clear vision for the brand’s future, emphasizing deep local engagement and personalized services. Local staff are available to provide on-demand support, ensuring maximum convenience for travelers.
