Causes of tracking overprint problems with transparent inks

2. Some people in the industry have figured out a clever solution in tracking overprinting of transparent ink. The specific method is to add an appropriate amount of colorless fluorescent ink to the transparent ink, which can emit a wavelength signal that can be recognized by the tracking eye, thus Enhance the tracking signal to achieve the purpose of tracking overprinting. Practice has proved that after adding colorless fluorescent ink, the tracking signal intensity of transparent ink is obviously enhanced. More importantly, after adding colorless fluorescent ink, under the irradiation of long-wave ultraviolet light, the transparent ink can emit invisible light with a wavelength of 365nm, which not only maintains the transparent effect of the transparent ink, but also improves the anti-counterfeiting of printed products to a certain extent.
