Using gas chromatography internal standard method and naphthalene as internal standard, the content of anethole in star anise oil was determined. Results: Anethole showed a good linear relationship in the range of 4.12-32.96btg, the recovery rate of --y- ~ sample loading was 96.28%, RSD = 1. o9%. Conclusion: The internal standard method of gas chromatography is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as one of the quality control methods of fennel oil.
