How to use Zhongbang jelly gel

1. Zhongbang jelly gel is water-based. When it is used, the viscosity and concentration should be adjusted without adding water. Adjusting viscosity with water should be a small number of times.

2. The glue is used at 50-65°C. This refers to the temperature of the glue rather than the temperature set by the heating. The temperature and actual temperature displayed by some heating devices.

3. If it is a plastic powder, it should be soaked in cold water at normal temperature for more than one hour in advance. The method is to add 1 part of plastic powder and 1 part of water, and stir it to make the powder fully contacted.

4. The amount of sizing is not so much that it can be glued better. This depends on paper and cardboard. A reasonable sizing should be able to bond firmly.

5, Zhongbang animal glue is different from chemical glue. If the bonded paper is over-oiled or over-molded, its adhesive is false-sticky. If it needs to be bonded, it can be bonded.
