The ventilation aging test box is used in the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials and the ventilation aging test of electronic components and plastic products. The rubber samples are tested with a hot air aging box. The general requirements of the ventilating aging box are as follows:
1. Equipped with a forced air circulation device, the air flow speed is 0.5 meters per second to 1.5 meters per second, the minimum surface area of ​​the sample is directly opposite to the air flow to avoid interference with the air flow rate;
2. The size of the ventilation type aging test box should meet the total volume of the sample not exceeding 10% of the effective volume of the aging box, the suspended sample should be at least 10 mm, and the sample should be at least 50 mm away from the aging box wall;
3. Temperature control equipment is required to ensure that the temperature of the sample is kept within the tolerance of the specified test temperature;
4. Equipped with temperature detection equipment to monitor the temperature of the heating room in real time.
5. Copper-containing equipment should not appear in the heating chamber.
6. The replacement frequency of the air device is three to ten times an hour;
7. The air entering the aging test chamber should be pre-heated.
