**Kit Specifications:**
This ELISA kit is available in 48-well or 96-well configurations. It is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse CGRP in biological samples. The kit includes all necessary reagents and materials to perform the assay.
**Standard Dilution:**
A standard solution of 1.5 ml × 1 bottle is provided, with a concentration of 2700 ng/L. This standard is used to generate a standard curve for accurate quantification.
**Enzyme Standard Reagent:**
- For 48-well: 3 ml × 1 bottle
- For 96-well: 6 ml × 1 bottle
**Storage Conditions:**
All components should be stored at 2–8°C unless otherwise specified. The chromogen B solution must be stored at -8°C.

- Sealing Film: 2 pieces (for 48-well) / 2 pieces (for 96-well)

- Concentrated Washing Solution: 20 ml × 20 times (for 48-well) / 20 ml × 30 times (for 96-well)
**Usage Instructions:**
This reagent is intended for research use only. To determine the concentration of CGRP in your sample, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the standard curve by plotting the concentration of the standard on the x-axis and the corresponding OD values on the y-axis using graph paper or software.
2. Determine the concentration of each sample based on its OD value from the standard curve.
3. Multiply the calculated concentration by the dilution factor if applicable.
4. Alternatively, use linear regression to calculate the equation of the standard curve and plug in the OD value of the sample to obtain the actual concentration.
**Notes:**
Ensure all reagents are brought to room temperature before use. Avoid contamination during the procedure. Follow the protocol carefully to ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
**Important:** Do not use this kit beyond the expiration date stated on the package. Store the kit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
