We have adopted the following method to improve, that is, in the process of plate-making, add 40% of magenta and yellow and 50% of cyan to the black ground, which can greatly reduce the quality problems caused by the above factors in the printing process. .

Making a spot color version is a lot more important than normal four-color printing. A separate color version is required for the tape. This has the problem of whether two-page content can be completely registered. This type of problem is generally divided into several cases. If it is a text, increase or decrease the level by one on the "thickness" option; if it is a picture, use the ruler to pull the line to catch the register; if it is the base color, it will be on the bottom. One-to-two lines are included in the color. The above measures are to solve the phenomenon of over-printing that is not allowed due to overprinting during the printing process.

Sometimes, a single-color version will be produced because of customer's request. In fact, the so-called monochrome version is another spot color version. For example, customers want to print red and gold. At the beginning, we need to re-color the final version after the customer's finalization. In fact, only a single color product is needed. The other is the calculation of an angle plus volume, which involves the issue of paper in the printing format.

2. The fine positioning of some operations in the Wits software is not good enough. For example, the extension line layout on two concentric circles (diameter of 5mm, 8mm, and 7th character), the image on the monitor is very positive and can be sent out. The pattern has deviated.

3. As an advertising creative, Wits' font type is still less, so it is recommended to make an improvement in the diversification of font effects.

4. Diversification of support for location formats also needs improvement.

5. The typesetting subsystems of tables, mathematics, chemistry, etc. will have some problems in the actual operation and hope to be improved in the subsequent versions.

In addition to the above experience, by the way, it also tells you a small trick: move the cursor to any button of the toolbox (except the arrow, pull pressure and hand buttons), you will get unexpected results, give it a try.
