Shenyang TV Station is a municipal TV station in China and Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Founded on December 1, 1979, after more than 20 years of development, she has developed into the first place in the national city of Taichung. Wireless channels, three cable channels, 300,000 cable subscribers, covering 24 million people, is the flagship of Taichung in the northeast city.
Shenyang Network TV (), as the first officially launched network TV in Northeast China, integrates the characteristics of network and TV. With the formation of the team and the introduction of high-tech, Shenyang Network TV not only supports high-definition live video and on-demand video in 2010, but also integrates high-quality program resources on the basis of this and has established a rich program video database. Project requirements
The Internet as the "fourth media" after newspapers, radio and television, with its magical charm, extends to all aspects of people's lives, and has been integrated into the lives of most people. In order to make full use of the resources of the TV station and increase the interaction with the audience, Shenyang TV Station is preparing to build a network TV station system. The system has scalability, compatibility, stability and security; the video images broadcast on the Internet have higher clarity and fluency .
1. Pure hardware mode, which realizes simultaneous installation of 2 channels of D1 signals in FLV format in a single embedded system, and supports sending live streams to Red5 or FMS servers.
2. Without downloading any plug-in, it can support Windows Media Player or Aodbe Flash Player to directly access to watch live video.
3. Support http push or pull to publish live streaming to Windows Media Services and build a distributed live broadcasting system.
4. The embedded single-board card is used to realize FLV encoding. A single card can realize the collection of 2 D1 signals and encode them into the FLV format, publish the live stream to the Red5 or FMS server, provide local recording function, and can collect the collected .264 encoded media files are recorded on the local hard disk.
5. Provide WMS recording solution, support recording by time task, the recorded files are in WMV or ASF format, without any conversion, can be directly viewed with a universal player.

After comparison and bidding, Shenyang TV Station finally selected the TVCaster4000 Station encoder of Polaris (hereinafter referred to as Bjsin) to meet the above requirements. After a month of trial operation, it successfully passed the acceptance of the TV station acceptance team. The device supports http protocol and RTMP protocol, and supports live streaming to Microsoft's WMS server, Adobe's FMS streaming server, open-source Red5 streaming server, and Polaris' independently developed AMS streaming server. It can also deliver standard live streaming media streams to other P2P streaming media servers, and supports Windows Media Player, Adobe Flash Player, VlC Player, and Storm Media Player to access live streaming.
