Japanese company develops new type packaging paper

A company in Japan has developed a new type of wrapping paper that can prevent food moldy and spoilage for a long time without damaging the flavor of food. This kind of paper is an aqueous solution in which special monoglyceride is fused with its compound and dissolved in water and ethanol as an active ingredient. The paper is then sprayed or infiltrated on paper and finally dried by heating. It can be used to package a variety of foods.
